Painting With Snails...

Finally finished 70 days of work yesterday for the Olympic Torch Relay (essentially a two and a half month rolling advert for a bank, a fizzy drinks maker and a manufacturer of electrical goods...) and have spent today washing dirty clothes, smoking cigs, drinking tea, sweating like a blind poof in a hot dog factory, opening threatening letters off the bank and generally trying to piece my mashed head back together.
Anyway, now I'm back home with unlimited hindernet access and that, I shall be making more regular updates (stealing bits off other people's blogs that I go to for, ahem, "inspiration") for ANTISOCIAL and the PAINTWASTERS WEBSHITE, which is great news for the two people, who aren't me or your mum, that actually give a flying fuck about such things.

To celebrate the launch of KISTA's new SOUNDWEIGHT RECORDS label, HEAVY GOODS APPAREL released a limited run of 40 t-shirts that come with a free 6 track mic cd by DJ KISTA. These go on sale at CRITICAL BEATDOWN on Friday the 13th at Tonics, Scarborough (which if I wasn't STILL jetsetting round the country with work is where I would be...) and will be available on the HEAVY GOODS hindernet store from Sunday.

well, it's a bit late (all due to the fact that I am working away from home and am too tight to pay for the hindernet - most hotels charge £10 for 24 hours access which I think is a bit excessive when all I want to do is check my emails and have a quick wank),but ANTIMIX SEVEN is finally here and finally available to download.
This month's selection was compiled and unmixed by graff artist, record collector, DJ, producer and occasional emcee, SIGHER and it's a hour long dig that unearths a bit of latin, heaps of soul and funk, a couple of cheeky rap tracks and a few obscure film promos too.
